Just over two weeks ago, I jettisoned off early in the morning with a few Lookers to rub shoulders with people from all over Canada at the MOSO conference in Saskatoon. Not knowing what to expect – outside of discussions surrounding the mobile and social universe – I dove in, attempting to make the most of the opportunity.

After a fast and furious week of travelling from Las Vegas to the Banff World Media Festival (in which WOLFCOP took the grand prize, no big deal), I ended last week by attending the MoSo conference in Saskatoon. I had heard of MoSo before and have always wanted to check it out but never had the chance to. As a first timer, it was a very fun and enlightening experience meeting industry peers and it gave us Saskatchewan-ites the opportunity to hear world-class speakers talk about the future of communication and mobile technologies.
As over 500 knowledge seeking conference attendees and hundreds of music loving festival attendees of the 2013 MoSo conference and festival collectively rest their minds, I thought this would be a perfect time to let you know about my first ever MoSo experience. Being relatively new to this event and genuinely unfamiliar with its' success in past years, there was a firm understanding that it was 'Canada's Mobile & Social Conference' but short of that I really had no idea what was in store.
