Our People
It takes interesting people to produce interesting results. Look Matters employs a cast of characters who are committed to helping good people succeed in business, and dare to be the best. Stop by our office - we’re pleased to meet you.
Christine Haider
Managing. Creating. Double-Checking.
Christine has been with us since the beginning. As a result, she knows everything going on around the office. Beyond her friendly personality and effective project management, you’ll remember Christine for her colourful bangs.
Greg Johnson
Envisioning. Shooting. Leading.
The founder of GJ Photo is more than Saskatchewan’s commercial photography leader. Greg is the brain behind many of the ideas that have established Look Matters’ reputation for innovation. Although clients recognize him as a superior business strategist, Greg still loves it behind the lens.
Zlatan Fazlagic
Leading. Innovating. Unrelenting.
He’s friendly all right, but speaking English as a second language, Zlatan has not yet mastered the art of sugar-coating. Straight up, he challenges everyone to do better. You’re not just going to get a marketing package; you’re going to improve your business.
Jonathan Hack
Coding. Consulting. Troubleshooting.
Jonathan makes things work. If coding were an art form, Jon’s work would be considered gorgeous. As a team member, Jon is a gentle soul who will laugh at a joke until he cries.
Brianna Coffin
Designing. Accommodating. Coordinating.
Bri plays matchmaker between you and your identity. She makes things look FANTASTIC. Bri loves organizing things, so you might as well fall into line right now.
Heather Bowler
Scheduling. Accounting. Greeting.
If we lost Heather, Look Matters would crash and burn. She’s like our central nervous system, minus the nervous. She also makes you feel so welcome that when she calls you “Love,” you kind of like it.
Robert Noble
Strategizing. Planning. Presenting.
With Rob, marketing just makes sense. He helps people grasp business concepts faster than he rides the slopes on his snowboard. For our Black Diamond savvy clients, he’s always up for the challenge and lends an insightful pair of eyes to help you improve your business from a different angle.
Victor Fok
Coding. Consulting. Speeding.
Victor is quick. Not only can he code a large quantity in a short time span, but he grasps concepts faster and better than anyone. Victor also has the sense of humour prerequisite for his last name.
Keith Hershmiller
Shooting. Managing. Joking.
Keith started as a production artist, but he’s doing more and more photography all the time. It’d be unfair to our clients to contain his talent within the office. Our resident prankster strikes the perfect balance between fun and professionalism.
David Sampson
Shooting. Producing. Freestyling.
David is a free spirit who came to Saskatchewan from Texas. His portfolio is branching into more and more commercial work. With creative vision, he takes artistic risks in photography as he does on his rollerblades and skateboard.
Eder Garzona
Producing. Framing. Enabling.
The drummer of Los Tigros Blancos is also the percussionist of Look Matters. Like a song needs rhythm, we couldn’t deliver without Eder’s support. Popular in the community, Eder is more of a frontman and we’re lucky to have such a rockstar in our midst.
Alice Nicholls
Designing. Accommodating. Finishing.
If Look Matters were a baseball team, Ali would be our clean-up hitter. While the rest of us are good at batting, she’s the one who gets things done and brings in the home runs. And with her advice, there’s no way our uniforms would be boring old blue-and-red; her imaginative colour schemes would set us both apart and above.
Erin Stankewich
Designing. Accommodating. Coordinating.
Erin is our resident expert on layouts and grids, but her ingenuity spills way over the lines. Her love for all things beautiful inspires her to draw inspiration from some obscure places. Like great art, our clients love her work and they aren’t sure why. Symmetry is beauty and Erin always measures twice.
Andrew Rathwell
Strategizing. Expanding. Refreshing.
Andrew sees the domino effect before the first tile is knocked over. With energy granted by litres of coffee, he tweaks, redirects and explores new directions to ensure a grand applause. With such foresight, strategizing with Andrew for the future feels like it comes with the bonus of 20/20 hindsight. Drawing unconventional connections, he goes beyond “getting it right” to the realm of "expanding the possible."
Carl Weger
Planning. Building. Serving.
Working for a supplier, we were so impressed by Carl’s customer service skills that we just knew we needed him to look after our own clients. When word spread that we hired Carl, everyone applauded. Now we get to share him with you (but please don’t give him any job offers!).
