Trade Up is a national website that provides resources to people looking to start a career in the trades. In conjunction with the Saskatchewan Construction Association, Look Matters was tasked with creating a brand for Trade Up Saskatchewan.
We created an icon that speaks to building and construction but also has a subtle upward movement playing on the “Trade Up”. Given the target audience, we chose a strong type treatment that balances nicely with the icon.
Employment Network sought out to increase the awareness of their brand to reach a wider audience and capitalize on the opportunity presented by Saskatchewan's booming economy. They expressed interest in a corporate identity refresh that reflects their 15+ years of experience of working with great people.
To spread awareness about the quality of service they offer by increasing client base numbers and to create new relationships with potential businesses
Work closely with them to build a strategy that would reach their company goals. This began with a brand new Identity Package (logo and stationary) and the re-development and design of their website.
Since the roll out of the new identity, Employment Network experienced growth in traffic both physically and online, increasing number of leads, exceeding expectations.
